Registration fees

There are two payment methods available for registration fees. Please ensure you click on the right registration link below to complete your registration.

Citizens from China have the option to make payment in Renminbi (RMB) by electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the Chinese bank account.

All other delegates can make payment by credit card in Australian dollars (AUD), including any citizens from China who prefer to pay by credit card.

* Students/Recent graduates will be prompted to upload documentation of full-time status (e.g. student ID card) OR proof of recent graduation within three (3) years of the conference date during registration.

Conference registration fees include:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Attendance at the welcome reception
  • Delegate satchel
  • All morning and afternoon teas and lunches

Tickets to the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as an optional separate item.

Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees. Please visit the accommodation page for more information on recommended hotels, which can be booked separate to the registration process.

 

Register online

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including an invoice. If you do not receive this confirmation email (and have checked your spam folder), please contact the conference secretariat on acpe11@expertevents.com.au.

 

Payment of registration fees

Payment may be made by:

Credit card (in AUD) – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) (for citizens of China to pay in RMB into Chinese bank account) – full bank account details will be advised on your invoice. Please include your invoice number in the payment description and forward any remittance advice to Xi’an Juying conference service via ACPE2018@163.com. EFT payment must be received within a 10 day period from registration.

 

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised via email to the conference secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Thursday, 27 September 2018 are eligible to receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD 110. Refunds for cancellations received after Thursday, 27 September 2018 will be at the discretion of the ACPE Local Host Committee. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the conference secretariat is advised in writing.
